
I’m a 20 year old personal trainer with a background in high jump and a genuine love for movement in all its forms. My own training combines strength work, plyometrics, cardio, mobility, and softer movement, allowing me to train with intention, balance, and longevity at the forefront.
As a coach, my focus is helping people feel confident, capable, and healthy in their bodies. I prioritise intelligent training, supportive structure, and healthy fuelling so clients don’t just see progress, but enjoy the process.
